Refund Policy

1. The short version

You can get a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of that payment. No reason is required. Write to avigdor@dropwire.cc and we process it.

2. How to request one

Email avigdor@dropwire.cc from the address on your account and say you want a refund. You do not have to explain why. We aim to answer within one business day.

The refund is processed by our payment provider and returned to the card you paid with. How long it takes to appear is set by your bank, and is usually five to ten business days.

3. What is covered, and what is not

Covered: your first payment on a plan, refunded in full, within 14 days of that payment.

Not covered: renewal payments after the first one. Those are not refundable except where the law where you live requires it. If a law in your country gives you a stronger right than this policy does, that law applies and this policy does not reduce it.

4. Cancelling instead of refunding

You can cancel at any time from inside Dropwire. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account keeps working until then. We do not charge a cancellation fee and we do not ask you to contact support to do it.

Cancelling is not the same as a refund. Cancelling stops the next charge. A refund returns a charge already made.

5. Free trials

Where a free trial is offered, its length and conditions are stated at checkout. We may require a valid payment method to start one. The plan converts to paid at the end of the trial unless you cancel first, so cancelling before the trial ends means you are never charged and no refund is needed. Trials are offered once per person and per payment card.

6. Price changes

Prices may change. We give notice before a change affects a renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

7. Who you are dealing with

Dropwire is operated by Avigdor Leibzon, an independent sole trader registered in Israel, trading as Dropwire.

This page restates the refund terms that form part of our Terms of Service, section 5, which is the binding version. The two say the same thing. If you ever find they do not, the Terms govern and we will correct this page.
